Microsoft have announced the Surface Book 2, which seems to just be an update to the specs more than anything else. It comes in a 15" version, which has a Nvidia 1060 GPU, so it's more than capable of playing the latest games.

The 13" version has an option of a 1050, which will be adequate for most games.

Bloody typical - I just got my Surface Book two weeks ago. It didn't dawn on me to see if there was a new version coming.

I don't think the Surface Book 2 was expected - and MS don't have a fix release/refresh cycle for these devices yet.

Sorry for bumping an older thread, but I'm wondering if there are any owners of the 15" version out there? It's stupid expensive, but I'm still considering it as I'd be able to replace my current XPS laptop and iPad, as well as giving my gaming a huge shot in the arm (my current gaming desktop is pretty obsolete now).
