    Hi All,

    I am looking to buy some forestry that has come on the market close by to me and was wondering what is a realistic value to put on it. Details are:

    Description
    Planted in 1993
    Acres: 13.44 (circa)
    3 ha - Sitka Spruce
    2 ha - European Larch/ Japanese Larch
    0.4ha - European Larch/ Japanese Larch

    Additional Details:
    No inspection paths in place.
    No forest roads but direct access is available from small country road.
    No thinning been completed.
    No General Felling License in place.
