Fibre Activation

    Hi,

    Our service is due to be activated tomorrow at our home in Kilmessan, County Meath however we haven't received a modem nor have our wall jacks being fitted for fibre as yet.

    Can you please confirm if this has been sent and/or a technician has been appointed?

    Hi Macers,

    thanks for getting in touch. If you're getting fibre broadband installed you don't have to worry about receiving equipment beforehand. The technician will have this with him when he attends your home. If you PM me your account number and full name I can check if your appointment is set for tomorrow.
