    Hi all,

Noticed discolouration on the ceiling yesterday. Literally yesterday. Think its under our bathroom. Now it's dripping through.

What kind of leak do you think I am looking at here and do I call a plumber first or what? Just bought my first house a couple of months ago so this type of stuff is alien to me!

Also - I live in South Dublin. What am I looking at cost wise here......

You’re looking at €100 to get him to call to house and and €70 average per hour after that.

Yea, but get him there sooner rather than later and dont have to get other trades in hopefully.

Are you sure it is under the bathroom?
If you are go up to bathroom and check to see if there is any water under toilet, sink, shower, bath.
If there is mop it up and see if you can pinpoint where it is coming from.
