Three mobile Broadband Down - Ophelia - Ballina Co Tipp

    Hello.

Just wondering if anyone may have any pointers on where to get information.

Living high up I have Three mobile Broadband off a flat panel Antenna.
The storm last night killed it but looking at the antenna position it is not clear that is has moved very much at all.

So I'm wondering, before I attempt to get up a ladder (I'm Very BAD at heights) if there is anywhere that may tell me if the mast I'm pointing at may have an issue, or must I go up the ladder...

I would have expected at least 1 bar, given the position is not askew by much if at all, but no signal whatsoever.

Router is fine, power is fine, restarted multiple times, no luck..

I checked Down Detector but its very vauge, I also checked Three.ie and nothing there...

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    P.

Get a three mobile phone, stand outside the house in the correct facing. That'll confirm the cell is down (they only last a few hours on battery).
