Soarview channels mixed

    Hi hoping someone could help my mams soarview box the channels have all of a sudden changed rte1 was no 1 rte 2 was no 2 & tv3 no 3 etc now they have gone to numbers 373 & 367 etc i tried a retune channel listings and there still the same!

    My mam is old and lives on her own so if someone could help id be very grateful.. Heard this happened to a few butno idea how to fix..

    Ha, no this happened a few weeks ago.. she has all the same stations but instead of them been 1 to 20 all the normal ones there all over the place! as mentioned above..

    Sounds like the country code is set to something other than Ireland .. It will be somewhere in the box Settings.

    rang saorview the said its not a recognised box! and that happens that unfortunately she would have to buy a combi box in the likes of power city 50-80€
