Minimum house / site dimensions

Hi, I'm trying to find statute / regulations on minimum house footprint dimensions (not entire site with garden just the building footprint). I have a long but skinny building footprint area and it's hard to find this info. I'm aware there are minimum room widths (2.1 m for 1 bed and 2.8 m for double) etc but I can't find building foot print dimensions.

What is the width of the site?

Thanks, the entire site is 6.4m wide x 20.3m depth. Without going into too much detail I am restricted to building on an approx 2.1wide section however the depth is unrestricted and realistically approx 12m. I'm looking at something like the below which dimension wise is more common place in Tokyo however might be slightly unorthodox here.

2.1 minus wall thickness?

Could you build the full width at first floor level?

Is it an access issue or a wayleave?

Thanks and yes, 2.1 minus thickness.

Unfortunately can't go out on first floor as technically it's access issue.

I'm looking at options to keep the width at that point e.g glass wall in the bedroom or extend out a few cm just at the bedroom to get the internal 2.1m but that would still be uncertain.

So I don’t think you’ll find a building footprint set out in the regs, complying with the disabled reg requirements will be challenging

I think you’ve a very difficult design brief, you need a good arch to design this to meet building regs.
