Neck ties

Looking to pick up a few high end good quality ties. I'm a fan of Profumo ties, I prefer the blend of good design with the weight/additional fabric in the tie. Can anyone suggest a tie brand that is equivalent or better, for tie design coupled with the additional weight. ( not a fan of a lot of silk ties, far too flimsy).

A friend of mine loves telling me his Hermes tie is worth more than his suit. But they are mostly silk. They are lovely tho.
