Thinking of applying for a job as a manager via “excel recruitment “ in grocery.

Has anyone any experience in doing so?

What sort stores would they recruit for?

How many years experience as a manager do you have and at what level? (e.g. Trainee, assistant manager, store manager)

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear, it’s a trainee manager position.

I have no previous management experience, but I have 12 years retail experience! Feel as if it’s time to make the step up.

Do you have an experience with excel recruitment?

I found them odd to deal with, the usually recruit for Musgrave group positions, you need a couple of years grocery management experience before they'll put you forward. Money they were offering was relatively good. They had vacancies for Carroll's gift shop and Lidl ( i think, may have been Aldi) aswell.

In the end I didn't proceed with them but would look at them if I was looking to make a switch.
