My ABS Light started coming on intermittently in the last few months, its now on most of the time with the odd trip where it stays off.

OBDII/Torque Pro wont pick up the ABS DTC's

Tried putting a jumper on OBDII Pin 9 & 4 to short the SCS circuit to Ground but I'm not getting a DTC via the ABS light.

Fairly stumped here trying to diagnose the issue. Any feedback would be appreciated.

You need a higher level scanner to get the right data, would be guessing its one of the wheel speed sensors. If you where near me i could read them but i'm in kildare.

Have you confirmed that when the light is on that the ABS doesn't actually work?

In the end I got a loan of a tool of a friend, DTC 11 Wheel Sensor, Right Front (Open/Short to Body Ground/Short to Power)

I followed the service manual for the DTC

    Disconnect ABS Control Unit Connector.
    Start Engine
Check Voltage between Wheel Sensor(+) & Body Ground (No Battery Voltage)
    Turn Igition off
Check Continuity between Wheel Sensor(+) & Body Ground (No Continuity)
Check Resistance between Wheel Sensor(+) & Wheel Sensor(+-) ( ~2000 Ohms, within Specification)

Conclusion: Check for a loose ABS Control Unit Connector or substitute known good ABS Modulator and recheck

The connection doesnt look loose and a dont have a known good ABS Modulator knocking about. Anyone have any advice that doesnt cost me a new abs modulator?
