Heard about this a few years back but what an inspiring idea at first glance at the recent photo. http://www.thejournal.ie/milan-building-forests-3637345-Oct2017/ Will have to read the book to see how they worked how to deal with roots and future core increasing weight of trees. Maby santa will oblige :D

I've been interested in urban vertical farming/horticulture for a few years now. I seriously think it will have an important role to play in the coming century, particularly in the mega cities in China and elsewhere in Asia, and perhaps in Europe and North America on a smaller scale.
