Any drummers out there proficient in blast beats and double bass looking to join an original band? Lots of music already written and recorded.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes metal, has plenty of experience and has their own gear (uses triggers, the works etc.) and transport. Must be willing to commit 100%. Must be willing to tour etc.

We're all in our early thirties and we take this very seriously, we have big plans but we can't go anywhere without a drummer good enough to play our stuff. Due to injury we have now had to let our current drummer go, leaving us pretty much screwed at the moment. That's where you come in.

The music isn't over the top technical but it's not exactly a walk in the park either. You will be expected to play to very fast tempos and be very precise in your snare and pedal work.

Age isn't really a problem but experience, maturity and a friendly disposition is a must. No egos, we're not interested in rockstars. Just somebody who is sound, prepared and willing to put in the hard work needed to take this to the next level. If you can provide any examples of your playing (video of yourself, recordings from a previous band etc.) that would be excellent but not a dealbreaker.

We rent a practice space in Chapelizod, easy enough to get to especially if you live in Dublin or any of the surrounding areas.
