Bill rise - in contract - can I just leave?

    Got an email - bills going up 6 euro.

    Asked me to call to discuss / leave contract early.

    Can I just contact new provider and have them move me ?

    Hi Rickin,

    Sorry to hear you're considering leaving us due to this issue. You would be required to give us a ring and let us know that you're leaving because of the price increase. If you contact a new provider and don't let us know, you will be charged early cancellation charges if you're in contract.
