Hi OP I've edited out the hard-sell for the Hotel and Sponsor. Even then we don't allow message boarding (or we'd be inundated with 'teacher special offers'. But seeing as it's in the spirit of bring teachers together for some fun, we'll let it run for a bit.

Actually, it could be a good idea to have a thread with news in terms of inter school competitions - history quizes, debating etc - that are open to everybody. My students are regularly looking for outside events to compete in and it's often too late before I find out about some of them. And also teacher get togethers like above.

Do the teachers need a handicap for this?

Yes a GUI handicap is required to enter the Main Team Competition - fairest way. There will be a NON-GUI section for teachers with no golf handicap. If you have any questions please email sean @ dunmurrysprings.ie GRMA!

A few spots left for this inaugural competition next week in Dunmurry Springs, Co. Kildare. Represent your school.. a good opportunity to meet and interact with past and present teachers .. it'll be a good day out.
