    What is the typical turnaround time for resolving a fault on a phone line?
    We currently have a fault outstanding for weeks and the response on the phone is less than satisfactory.

    The standard lead time to have a fault cleared on a line is 2-3 working days. I'm really sorry to hear that it's taking longer than this to have your issue resolved. Can you PM me your account number and full name please? I'll look into this for you.
