char limit on warnings/mod messages

This might do with some verification but, I was writing a warning and included a message to user. The text box indicated I had 6 chars left, which I apparently did and didn't:

mod only link http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057796479 shows the correct full message, so does the copy of my PM sent to user that is generated.

But at the end, the word "Courteous." cuts off as "Cour" in both the user's profile and on the card's summary sheet: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/infraction.php?do=view&p=104936215

Would a possible fix be to change/limit the character limit in the text box?

I can add it as a suggestion to the list, but it will be down the priority list a little. I'm afraid mods will have to be creative in some cases, like the good old days of Twitter
