What brand of SD Card is it? Does your PC recognise it? Does another phone recognise it? Does your phone work with other SD Cards?

You've definitely put the card in correctly? Have you tried reformatting it in your PC?

    Hi,

There seems to be only one way in..
    Reformatted twice.

    Pc has no problem.

    Thanks

If its been formatted in a PC it may be NTFS and Android won't be able to mount it.

Check if settings offers to format it in the phone. Otherwise probably a dodgy one if its unbranded.
