Couldn't find previous thread on this. Now that the good times are back :)
there is serious problems getting parking at some of the commuter train stations.
I am thinking specifically of Portlaoise and Maynooth. The car park is often full in Portlaoise by 7am. There is a seperate car park for staff which is empy and could take 20 cars approx, this is addition to the 10 or so dedicated staff car spots in the main car park which are best 70% full at any time.
I am left in a situation where I am paying for monthly parking in hope that I might get a spot. Is this IE or Laois CoCo I should be approaching?

So they are taking people's hard earned cash but not providing the service...CIE never change- they have tons of unused space/land allover the country that they could easily use for parking.

The parking at Maynooth is of the least concern. The western part of the car park has no footpath for pedestrians and it's only a matter of time before somebody gets hit by a car, probably a kid.

    Not good enough.
