payment missing

    paid sum from banking 365 to third party amount but they never received it.
    anyway of tracing where it went?
    can you call me plz?

    We are sorry to hear this.

    Payments made to another Euro account would take up to 1 working day, International payments can take 3-5 working days.  

    You can request a proof of payment through the Online Service Desk when you are logged into 365 online.

    You can request a proof of payment through the Online Service Desk when you are logged into 365 online.
