I'm amazed sometimes by a couple of posters on here who think they are authorities on tenancy law and give default advice: Bring a dispute to the RTB, what the LL/Bank are doing is illegal. This couple listened to a charlatan and have paid the price.

Did the charlatan also tell them not to make any repayments for almost 3 years? I'd say that's what they are paying for now!
