Which product do you have from Digiweb? If its Metro then you dont have a UAN.

Their sales system has never really worked for the Irish market. If they cant get it together give Vodafone/other your business.

That's what I'm trying to do. Trying to move to sky but they're telling me that the uan an phone number that digiweb have given me aren't matching. They've given the same numbers to me twice now. I can't move until they've given me the correct numbers.

Sky is the problem, not Digiweb.

Cancel your existing service, wait for that to happen. Order as a new line with sky, wait two weeks for that kinda of order to go through (new phone number too), then broadband in another 10 days. If you can handle a month offline.

Or just pick somebody that isnt sky.

This crossed my mind. I asked sky earlier would this be an option and the said no because they need someone with a currently active phone line!!! Wrecking my head. Wanted to go with tgem cos of their dirt cheap offer at the min. Going with Vodafone now instead. It'll be dearer than digiweb in the long run but I'm leaving them now after it taking 3 phone calls and numerous emails to get my correct UAN and phone number

I don't know if this has changed in the last 18 months or whatever, but at that time, Sky would only carry out new line connections for their existing TV customers.
