commute from Kinnegad to Blanchardstown by car

Hi, Does anyone here commute from the kinnegad area or that direction to Blanchardstown. Wondering what is the best way to go by car in the morning for 9am start. Is it better to go Longwood / SummerHill /laurel Lodge / M3 or Go off at KillCook / Dun Boyne / M3 or Go off at Lucan Wondering how long does it take roughly…
