Amazon.co.uk, estimate vat postage and packing in basket has disappeared

Has the above option been removed from anyone else's basket on amazon? It used to be on the right and you would choose the address and it would give you the vat and postage cost. It has disappeared for me over the last couple of days, now i have to go all the way through the checkout to see how much the postage cost is.…
