Discount remove from account early

    Hi, I have a few discounts from signing up for my bundle for 1GBS FTTH/EIr TV/Mobile Unlimited (shown below) that run until November.

    Last weekend we added a second mobile to the bundle and it seems to have knocked off the 20 and 5 euro discounts early. The TV 15 euro discount is still there. 

    This is what we had. 
    • Promotion - Bundle Upgrade - 20 Euro off for 6 months €20.00 x 6 months ending November 2017
    • Promotion - Add TV - 15 Euro off for 6 months €15.00 x 6 months ending November 2017
    • Promotion - Online - 5 Euro off for 6 months €5.00 x 6 months ending November 2017

    I spent about 3 hours with customer support yesterday trying to get it sorted. Is there any chance if I PM my account number etc you could sort it out for me?
