It's like I woke up and have just aged incredibly overnight.
Dark spots, wrinkles, lines around my mouth, all seem to have suddenly appeared.
    And hair on my face!
I feel like a different person.

I drink plenty of water and have always avoided the sun.

Can anyone recommend a decent serum?

I known I can't turn back time, but maybe I can delay the conclusion of the aging process...

Pestle and Mortar have a hyaluronic serum which is supposed to be good, you should also invest in a retinol product, again Pestle and Mortar do one in oil which has gotten very good reviews. I also really rate the Ordinary range and Deciem. Try a vitamin c serum in the morning and more of a treatment one in the evening. For hair on face, electrolyis is the way to go. Don't wax/thread/pluck

Is there any one product that does the most?
I'm not great for applying products (signs on me).

well I'd start with a hyaluronic serum, Le Mara in Aldi do one for €4.99 which I got at the weekend. No one product will do everything though, you need to layer your skincare really- e.g. double cleanse, acid tone, spritz, serum/treatment moisturise
