Airtricity v/s Energia

I have been with Airtricity for years. They have offered me 10% off PER UNIT if I sign a 1 year contact (apparently I don't have a signed contract with them). Now Energia are calling around and offering 20% off the TOTAL of one's bill if I sign for 1 year. Has anybody else had callers and any advice?. Thanks:confused:

switch provider every time when your contract expired. I was with airtricyty, energia and now i switch to boardgas.
