GPA Round Up?? Advice needed

The GPA cut-off for a 1.1 degree in UCD is 3.67. My Master's GPA works out as 33 divided by 9 = 3.66666667 Do you think my grade will be rounded upwards to the 3.67 as it is technically closer to 3.67 than 3.66? Anyone have any insight/advice?
