    Ok

Want to buy a used 2014 zafira tourer SE from UK with 20,000 miles, 165bhp

    Diesel

    No service history.

Have checked MOT and HPI, all ok.

Car registered December 2014 so might partly explain why mileage seems so low.

Is that kind of mileage a red flag on a used diesel?

Obviously going to get RAC inspection, is the comprehensive enough? Extras on the advanced seemed to be "diagnostic checks of key areas" (not defined!) , analysis of brake fluid, 20 mi test drive (instead of 10).

Keen on car to be honest, what do ye think?

    TIA

    Walk away.

Lots of them in the UK why go with one with a very obvious issue

Because why should I walk away from a suitable car just because there's no sign of stamps from a dealer? It passed its mot and its mileage matches. If I get a thorough inspection I think the risk is pretty minimal.

Plus, might be our price level but I don't see many with an SH

Looks like you have your mind made up.Why bother asking.Best of luck with it.Might be a good car.

Well it was a pretty knee jerk response. Not much thought.

If there is something I'm not considering, I'd like to know.

A glib "walk away" is not useful.

The service interval is 20k or annually on them, but it's gone over the year by 9 months. It's not the end of the world but could affect warranty. So if you can get a similar one for similar money then it's worth looking at that instead.
