I recently looked at a house in new development.The estate agent showed us plan and everything, we were happy and went ahead to buy.But now it appears one of the room size appears to be much smaller. I recently looked at a house in new development.The estate agent showed us plan and everything, we were happy and went ahead to buy.But now it appears one of the room size appears to be much smaller. I checked the council planning application and They have the same dimensions as the agent showed us before. What should be done. I haven't signed yet.
