Hi all I've done a 70.3 per year for the past few years and have decided to sign up to IM Barca in 2018. I'm slow speed wise (fastest time was 6.5 hours in Dub last year). As I've other commitments, I've planned to buy one of the ten hour average per week plans...anyone (who's not speedy) tried this route successfully?…
