When applying for mortgage, How do banks consider bank statements with transfers into a trading a/c? Anyone here ever come up against any hassle?

I have Degiro account where I was buying ETFs monthly, printed my statement and had no hassle. I was putting money in monthly, and had no withdrawls. AFAIK technically you dont need to declare trading accounts, banks only ask about deposit accounts. I wanted to show it as proof of savings.
