    Ok here are the details.

I live in a 3 story apartment in Dublin. We have gas heating with two settings water and central heating and also have a hot water immersion.

    What system would be best?

I would like to be able to control both the gas and immersion.

    Nest
    Climote
    Honeywell Evohome

Are there any that will work on the internet (with port forwarding) but *don't* require a cloud account/subscription?

Most of them are cloud based, but only a few require a subscription.
I don't know of any that use port forwarding as a way of connecting.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"
