Need lower voltage for laptop

    I bought a laptop in canada and its not able for the irish voltage, does anyone know where i can buy an adapter or something to convert it?

    What voltage is written on the original adapter ?,
    Most laptop chargers are universal these days eg 100V -240V.

    Are you sure its 110v only and not 110-240v?

    If it is you could purchase a transformer but it would be bulky and awkward. Better off purchasing the UK version of the charger.
