    I currently have a 11 year old 18kW Ideal Classic boilder. It could probably do with a bit more output since I have added on an extension and upgraded rads over that 11 years. It is still going but I probably need to think about what I do if it needs changing soon.

    Could anybody please give me some steers as to where I start with makes, models, and features etc. We've been happy enough with the Ideal so would certainly consider another one. I see DGOBS giving the thumbs up to the Ideal Vogue here. An RGII guy had mentioned to me a few years ago he fitted the Ideal Logic. So for me at the moment, I'd definitely consider an Ideal. A friend has a Veissman and has cursed it in the past.

    Are there other brands out there I should consider? What ballpark figure am I looking at for supply and fit for an efficient 24kW?
