Hi

I am looking for recommendations for flooring a 3 bed duplex. We are hoping to carpet the stairs, landing and bedrooms, tile kitchen and laminate sitting/dining/small hall. House size is approx 126sqm.

We are on a tight budget unfortunately so looking for the cheapest options throughout until we can afford to put some extra money into the house.

If anyone could advise me on how much we would be looking at approx for the lot that would be a great help. Obviously I understand it would be a rough estimate and varies greatly.
