Attic Conversion Future Proofing

Hi all

Getting attic converted and wondering if anyone has any hints to anything extra i should do while the attics gutted..

CAT 5 cable to rooms
Extra plugs to rooms from attic
Maybe an electric shower;)

all thats done arch certs etc. i was just thinking anything they wont do or future stuff
I didnt realise i searched but didnt find anything ill have a look through:o

it will be all signed off as a habitable room with architect certs etc. was just thinking they are just doing the standard attic job ..while i have a chance should i use free gutted attic for any home automation or anything interesting that cant be really done after as all floor down etc:D

Have the bedrooms below got modern up to date cat5, coaxial wiring?
This could be added now in the floor void and terminated in the rooms below.

Cat 5 for CCTV?
Internet repeaters / hard wired cable back to where the modem will be?
