    Hi all,

Little scenario I'm in at the moment.

Me and my two siblings own an equal share in our family home and I'm considering making both an offer to buy their shares.

As I am already a part owner, would I still have to get a building compliance certificate? (House was built pre 1963 so no planning permission exists)

I’ve replied to your other post in the accommodation forum.
