    Waiting a week for a call back from one of your agents to change my address that one of your agents incorrectly took when I placed my original order on 22nd September... I currently have 2 Sky Q hub.. a Sky Q box, not connected because I've no viewing card because it went to the wrong address.. and sky q mini box not connected because I've no broadband because you lot have the wrong address!!! Please get this sorted... sick of waiting nearly an hour on the phone to speak to someone
