    Hi All,

My dad has a new vitara and had a blow out the other day. No spare and the can of foam was no use. He wants to get a spare and i've been googling for the last 2 hours with no luck. No joy on the main online dealers either
    Tyre is 215/55R17 94V and rim 6.5Jx17 ET50 with PDC 5x114.3
Appreciate any guidance that anyone can offer.

I've no idea of the spare used but my parents bought a brand new vitara at the start of the year and my Da made sure he got a spare wheel, one of the only things he wanted the car to have. They got it in Mongey Plunkett in finglas, think the cost was around 350 euro. I'd be surprised if they can't get them in.

check the hub bore on the vitara, because of the 5x114.3 pcd i would bet any of the newer honda accord/civic wheels will fit it but just be sure on the hub size.

    Check local breakers.
I know a few that have Vitaras and you can just buy the spare. Bring a pressure gauge and don't buy anything with low pressure.

Looks like it's a 60.1mm bore, seems difficult to get

There’s a good few here. I wouldn’t panic about the offset being too much out of it’s just for emergencies.

Fiat Seduci/Suzuki SM4 would be perfect and should be easy to find. Even a spacesaver would probably do if it’s 2WD (Check first)

offset will be grand but watch out for the hub bore size

Make sure it clears the front brake calliper when you’re collecting.
