Hello all. New here, so a first post.
Anyone here with experience of the Audi Q7 e-tron (diesel -electric hybrid). I had a drive in one yesterday, hugely impressive car. 50km electric -only range, allegedly fairly accurate from what reviews I can find. 5 seats Vs 7 in a normal Q7, but for me that's OK.

I hope it might cover several options: EV around Dublin for most days, collecting kids, etc. Then ICE for motorway trips. I have an older version of the same v6 diesel in current car with huge mileage and it's a super smooth unit and quite efficient on a long run. I also need a load lugger occasionally, and this would do that also.

    Thanks

I imagine that the lack of 7 seats might be turn off for a lot of buyers so could impact resale, however you can't argue with the performance and you'll save 400 a year on tax plus save on fuel for the short runs. Also if you have a banger to trade Audi will knock 6500 off the price but won't give the ecogrant off any other Q7
