Non-EU girlfriend options?

    Hey guys,
Looking if anyone can advise on possible options for a non-EU citizen moving to Ireland, I'm Irish just FYI.
My girlfriend is Mexican, and currently living in Poland, with Polish working visa, residency card etc. which she got as a transfer from her old job in Mexico. However that doesnt allow her to live in Ireland obviously. We've never lived together so I dont think its possible to get a de-facto relationship visa (correct me if I'm wrong)...
An option I like is for her to do her masters here, but its pretty expensive, and being from Mexico and working in Poland, €12k+ is a lot to cough up. I've offered to help on that but she's not keen on accepting assistance. I can move to Poland obviously, but I would take a large pay cut if I did that, and she would prefer to not impact my life negatively.
So has anyone got any suggestions on the approach we could take? Or if another EU country is an option? Or any 1st world country for that matter would be an option worth talking about?
Not a fan of a sham marriage options, we're not at that point in our relationship.
Her education is in economics and she speaks 4 languages if that information helps (or doesnt as its not on the needed skills)
    Thanks in advance

Hello, first of all, what do you do? Would you consider moving to Spain for two to three years?

Hey breatheme, I work in IT, software support / consultancy type role.
I'd love to move to Spain for a few years! And I know it would work well for her but do you know anything about visas there? and job prospects?

You can probably find work in IT in a big city like Madrid or Barcelona. If you have a LinkedIn profile, you might even start getting job offers. Also, there's a software company based in Dublin but that has an office in Madrid, PM me for more details on that. It's also very easy to do a de-facto relationship and get her sponsored (provided you have a job), again, PM me for more info on that.
