Merging accounts

    Hi

    Could someone please contact me to help me with setting up my accounts?

    I have recently moved house and the electricity and gas will both be through Electric Ireland - this has already been done.  However, I don't think that I'm set up for a dual rate - i.e. they seem to be separate.

    Thank you for getting in touch. 

    Gas and electricity accounts are always separate and have two different account numbers. 

    If you would like us to check your accounts for you, please send us a private message with the following details:

    - Your full name as it appears on your Electric Ireland account
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your phone number or date of birth
    - A confirmation that you are the account holder (Yes/No)

    We will then get back to you as soon as we can.
