Anyone know if I can reclaim a special tax paid on a redundancy payment in 2013 which was to free me from any TAX liability on my eventual retirement pension lump sum?
Shortly after accepting voluntary redundancy my Defined Benefit scheme was restructured cutting my entitlement by 60% meaning that there is no way can I now take a 1/3 payment from my pension as it is so minute.
    Thnaks
