Password reset error

    Trying to reset password and I get a message '[font=Helvetica, Arial, "Arial Narrow", sans-serif]Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.'[/font]


    [font=Helvetica, Arial, "Arial Narrow", sans-serif]I have tried multiple browsers etc. Anything I can do to get access to my account today?[/font]

    Thank you for getting in touch, and thank you for advising that you carried out tests on other browsers.

    If you private message us the relevant Electric Ireland account number, state that you are the account-holder and confirm your name, address and date of birth, we will look into your query for you as soon as possible.

    If you do not have the Electric Ireland account number to hand outside of logging into Online Billing, please confirm the telephone number on the account instead.
