Just back from France and did a bit of fishing in a marina on the Mediterranean. Using bread as bait.

I'm not a sea angler so don't know what I caught.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks for the help.
That's five species in a busy marina with €5 worth of tackle and a bit of stale baguette :)

Particularly pleased about the Mullet - they were everywhere but very hard to catch. And especially the Bass - I only caught one but what a beautiful fish!

A local identified my most common catch as a Saupe. I don't have a decent photo but they were exactly like the photo in this link.

I may have to take up this sea fishing lark :)
    Dunmore East tomorrow I think

Got a few small Mackerel in Dunmore yesterday.

I also caught my first ever Pollack. He was about 6 inches long so went straight back - but now I know that I can actually catch them. An edible size pollack is my next target.

I might get to like this sea-fishing malarkey :)
