Bought a US data bundle, still have out of bundle charges

    Hi, i bought a data bundle for my wife when she was in America last month, but i'm already seeing €65 worth of charges on our upcoming bill. The bundle was purchased on the 19th, and the charges are from the 24th.

    Can you also explain how you can justify charging over €60 for 5mb of data?

    I've previously had issues with US data charges, so I need this looked at as soon as possible.
