Dizziness

Hi I have been getting dizzy and lightheaded with a month now , it just started happening out of no where and it's been happening on and off since. If I look up to the sky I get dizzy or even if I'm just walking or standing I get a bit unsteady and I've stumbled a good few times. Should u be worried about this ?
