    A Disaster - don't go there.

    I had countless communications to the Help Desk, the Arrow XL Help Desk, Web chat etc. Fobbed off at every turn. Many of these issues may be the responsibility of the shipping partner (Arrow XL) , for example, I've been told that my order cannot be traced as my post code is Irish. I've been told that the phone number given was not a real number - it was an Irish (Dublin) phone number.

    Lots of companies use multiple third parties for shipping, but if you sell to an Irish customer base, they must be in a position to support queries - and ultimately you need to be accountable for this.
