    Hi all,

So solictor is awaiting contracts and documents. They asked if we had any queries we needed clarification in relation to the structural survey that was done from the vendors solicitor. Was just wonder what type of queiries these would be. We're aware the property needs work. Should we include issues that require remedial work that we are aware of.

Was thinking just confirmation on party/boarder walls but was unsure if structural issues should be raised. Already asked solicitor to clarify but didn't really help with examples.

    Any thoughts?

The vendor did the structural survey? But you also had your own one done, right?

Confusing but I understand it's regarding any queries they may have from their survey, from the vendors solicitor!? I think...

Get your own structural survey done, as otherwise I doubt you'll have any comeback as you didn't pay for the survey.

Also, it'd be unfortunate if something happened to be missing or overlooked in the survey.
