Hi,

I am interested in buying a car in the near future, I am Spanish, living in Ireland for 3 years, almost 9 years of experience, full Irish driver license, but I have no insurance since I came here.

For the last year, I am driving with GoCar, and I paid for having an insurance with them. Is this valid as "Named driving experience"? There is a huge difference in the quote having named driving experience, but not sure how the insurance works in GoCar.

The cover for GoCar is similar to the insurance you get when you rent a car, it counts for nothing when you go to buy a policy in your own name.
